CIBC Run for the Cure Surrey

We assisted with providing popup tents, tables, chairs as well as a marquee tent. This was to both help participants as well as volunteers, in the 2023 Bear Creek Park Run for the Cure.

We helped provide over 30 tables, and multiple popup tents for their 2023 Thanksgiving Food Drive. Which raised over 40,000lbs of food for those in need!

Watkins Sawmill

Watkins Sawmill contacted us needing everything setup from our Marquee Tents, to heaters to tables and chairs. We wanted to make sure their event was setup a day prior to when they needed it and to their exact specifications.

I've worked in the event industry for over a decade for various brands and clients and this is by far the best rental company I have ever worked with. Langley Life Tabernacle Church

Langley Life Tabernacle Church ended up renting out some round tables and wanted something that would fit their budget, so they ended up doing a pickup from our warehouse instead of getting delivered.

We rented out a Marquee Tent to multiple Softball Teams to ensure they had shelter from the sun as they were celebrating their graduation.

Sonrisa Apartment Building

They had their AGM and needed enough chairs to host all condo owners that wanted to attend. We delivered 100 chairs a day prior to ensure they had time to setup and prep for their AGM, and then we picked up the day after at no extra cost!

SkillPlan

They had an event in the middle of March and needed everything to make their outdoor event possible from tables, to chairs to heating. We ensured that everything was setup and ready to go prior to their event then came back and took everything down. Our goal was to save them the stress and time it would take their team to do it all and take down everything.

Storage Mart

StorageMart had a small event for their team and needed some tables to ensure they had a place for food and for people to sit comfortably. One of the key things for this event was having clean tables and this is where our pressure washed and cleaned tables came in handy. No need for table clothes to make a good impression.

Incredible Restorations

Incredible Restorations was celebrating their 30th anniversary and needed cocktail tables to ensure everyone was comfortable and had a place to eat, drink and chat! We ended up delivering and picking up their order, and because of how we clean our tables they didn’t need to rental out or purchase our spandex to have a wonderful event!

Woodlock Developments

Woodlock Developments had their grand opening for presales of their Everwood Gated Living in Silver Valley development in Maple Ridge and wanted us to supply all the equipment from tables to chairs to tents to ensure all their guests would be comfortable and unworried!
