Do marquee tents need to be staked into the ground?

On grass or soft soil we stake marquee tents for maximum stability. For concrete, asphalt, or paved surfaces we use heavy ballast water barrels as anchors. Both methods are fully secure — just let us know your surface type when booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your date is locked once the deposit is paid. Deposits aren't refundable if you cancel. If you need to reschedule because of weather, we'll roll your deposit forward to a new date at no charge — just let us know before crew dispatch. See full terms at checkout.
