What our Delta chair lineup covers
A Chiavari ready to load — individually wiped, inspected, stacked.
Three chair lines that cover almost every Delta event:
- White Chiavari ($8.50/day) — the wedding-reception standard. Lacquered hardwood frame, ivory cushion, stacks 8 high. Best for Ladner Village heritage receptions, indoor Tsawwassen restaurant weddings, Tilbury corporate events, and any Delta venue where the photos prioritize formal seating.
- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse. Steel frame, folds flat, stacks compactly. Right for ceremony rows, school events at Delta campuses, corporate registrations at Tilbury industrial park venues, and any high-headcount booking.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Resin frame and seat, more substantial visual than Fanback but more forgiving than Chiavari to weather and damp grass. The right call for Boundary Bay shoreline ceremonies, Reifel Bird Sanctuary outdoor weddings, and Tsawwassen acreage outdoor receptions.
Mixing lines is free. We carry enough of each that the full ceremony + reception split ships without short-shipping.
Boundary Bay, Ladner, Tsawwassen — Delta chair patterns

Boundary Bay shoreline and Reifel Sanctuary
Boundary Bay Regional Park’s shoreline and Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary’s nature-walk ceremony zones run on damp grass, salt air, and afternoon onshore wind. Resin Garden every time. Truck access is straightforward through the park access roads; we coordinate delivery windows around the venue’s hours.
Ladner Village heritage
Ladner Village’s heritage streets are tight on truck access — we use shorter delivery windows and pre-stage equipment near the property line. Most Ladner weddings are smaller (60–100 guests) and lean Chiavari indoors at the heritage venues along 48 Avenue.
Tsawwassen acreage and ferry-adjacent
Tsawwassen acreage weddings near the ferry terminal run on rural roads with ample truck access. Most Tsawwassen bookings are larger (100–200 guests) with a two-chair-line configuration: Resin Garden outdoor ceremony, Chiavari indoor reception under a marquee.
North Delta, Sunshine Hills, Tilbury
North Delta and Sunshine Hills run standard residential backyard patterns. Tilbury’s industrial park hosts corporate events — registration banquets and seated-row Fanback configurations are typical there.
Per-item pricing
The same in Boundary Bay as on Tilbury. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — never the per-chair rate.
Same-day swaps and short-notice add-ons
Delta delivery runs 25–35 minutes via Highway 17 or 91 — among our fastest routes. Short-notice walk-in additions or chair swaps mid-event can typically be on-site within 60–75 minutes during business hours.
A 100-guest Delta chair rental order
For a 100-guest Delta wedding — say a Saturday in August at Boundary Bay shoreline ceremony followed by a Tsawwassen reception — a typical chair-side order looks like:
- 100 × Resin Garden chairs outdoor ceremony, then 100 × white Chiavari chairs indoor reception (the shoreline-into-indoor-reception standard)
- or 100 × white Chiavari chairs for receptions held entirely indoors at Ladner heritage venues
The two-chair-line setup is the most common Delta shoreline wedding configuration. For larger Tsawwassen acreage weddings (150–200 guests), the 50/100/150/200 rental checklist maps the chair count + table count to your headcount.
