Ballasted weight kits and sidewalls year-round for any beach-adjacent or bluff-top outdoor ceremony. Wind matters more than nominal capacity — we’d rather size up the marquee and underbook the headcount than the reverse.
Sand changes the chair recommendation
Direct-sand ceremonies skew toward Resin Garden chairs (resin frame and seat handle saturated sand). Chiavari hardwood legs don’t love sand contact. We default to Resin Garden for any West Beach or East Beach setup unless the chairs sit on a boardwalk or platform.
Marine Drive access varies by address
Some beachfront properties have rear alley staging, others require front-of-house. We confirm during the pre-quote walk for properties we haven’t delivered to. Marquees on Marine Drive are case-by-case based on lot dimensions.
Per-item pricing
The same in Centennial Park as on Marine Drive. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — coastal anchor, beach access, distance — never the per-item rate.

White Rock is a destination wedding city for couples across the Lower Mainland — meaning Saturday peak-season weekends book out earlier than they do for less photogenic venues. Couples often book 8–12 months out for July and August dates, especially for bluff-top Semiahmoo Park ceremonies and Marine Drive private-property setups. We recommend pulling permits and confirming the venue’s vendor protocol simultaneously with our equipment quote — neither lead time absorbs the other.
For couples planning a White Rock destination weekend (Friday-Saturday-Sunday), we can stage the rental across multiple delivery windows on the same quote — useful when ceremony, welcome dinner, and farewell brunch are at different addresses on the same beach.
A 100-guest White Rock wedding rental order
For a 100-guest White Rock wedding — say a Saturday in August at a Semiahmoo Park ceremony followed by a Marine Drive reception — a typical order looks like:
