Vineyard and berry-farm weddings
Krause Berry Farms, Township 7 Vineyards, Domaine de Chaberton, and the smaller agritourism properties between Brookswood and Aldergrove. Each venue’s harvesting and tasting-room schedule shapes our delivery window — we coordinate the load-in directly with the venue’s events team.
Brookswood and Murrayville acreages
Single-family rural-residential properties with the standard backyard concerns plus the Township’s open-field wind. Most acreages accept a 20×60 marquee comfortably; some accommodate two linked 20×40 tents for 200+ guest setups.
Campbell Valley Regional Park
Open-air park ceremony zones with farmland-style afternoon wind. The Township and Metro Vancouver Regional Parks run separate permit processes; we know which zones cover which footprints. Equestrian-adjacent ceremonies often skip the tent entirely.
Per-item pricing
The same in Brookswood as in Willoughby. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes is delivery — distance across the Township, anchor strategy, multi-venue — never the per-item rate.
Township-wide events: weddings + community + corporate
The Township’s geography supports a meaningful share of community-organization events outside the wedding category. Brookswood and Murrayville schools run grad ceremonies and field tents, agricultural fairs run at the Aldergrove area, and the Township’s community centres host civic functions throughout the year. These setups typically need 3–4 weeks of lead time (faster than wedding procurement) and often run on Fanback chairs, banquet tables, and bistro lighting — no marquee, single-truck delivery.
A 100-guest Langley Township vineyard wedding rental order
For a 100-guest Township vineyard wedding — say a Saturday in August at Domaine de Chaberton with ceremony among the vines and reception under a marquee on the lawn — a typical order looks like:
- 1 × 20×60 marquee tent with sidewalls (covered reception; ceremony is open-air among the vines)
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs (ceremony rows in the vineyard, then re-staged at reception tables)
- 12 × 5ft round tables for the reception
- 6 × 6ft banquet tables (head, gift, cake, DJ, registration, bar)
- 1 × 12×16 portable dance floor
- 2 × cocktail highboys for the cocktail hour

Setup runs 5–6 hours; teardown 3–4. Both quoted up front. For other guest counts, the 50/100/150/200 rental checklist maps the same configuration to your headcount.
