What our crew brings on the truck
A 20×40 marquee — the standard reception footprint for 80–120 Burnaby guests.
We run a single inventory and a single crew calendar across the entire Lower Mainland. A Burnaby couple gets the same catalogue any other city gets — without short-ships, without sub-rentals from another vendor, without “we’ll have to check our partner network.”

The Burnaby logistics that change the quote
Burnaby venue access varies more than most cities — and that variation is what shapes the quote.
Heritage and lakefront venues

Hart House, Burnaby Village Museum, the Shadbolt Centre, and Deer Lake Park all run their own programming calendars. Vendor access is venue-coordinated; we book the load-in window with the events team during quoting so the date isn’t a surprise. Deer Lake Park alone has multiple ceremony zones with different vehicle-access lanes — we know which ones fit a 20×60 marquee and which top out at a 20×40.
Brentwood and Metrotown high-rise events
Rooftop and tenant events at Brentwood Town Centre and Metrotown buildings need three things confirmed up front: freight-elevator dimensions, freight-elevator weight rating, and the building manager’s Saturday availability. Marquees on rooftops are case-by-case based on the rooftop’s structural rating; tables and chairs ship freely.
Detached-home neighbourhoods
Backyards in North Burnaby, the Deer Lake area, and Edmonds run the standard pattern: setbacks, slope, sprinkler heads, and where the truck can stop without blocking the alley. Most accept a 20×40 comfortably.
Per-item pricing
The same in Brentwood as in any neighbourhood we serve. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — distance, elevator access, slope — never the per-item rate.
A 100-guest Burnaby wedding rental order
For a 100-guest Burnaby wedding — say a Saturday in August at Deer Lake Park’s lakefront lawn, with ceremony and reception both running under a single tent — a typical rental order looks like:
- 1 × 20×60 marquee tent with sidewalls (covered ceremony + reception)
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs (ceremony rows, then re-positioned at reception tables — same chairs, our crew handles the flip)
- 12 × 5ft round tables (8 guests per table = 96, plus 2 extras)
- 6 × 6ft banquet tables (head, gift, cake, DJ, registration, bar)
- 1 × 12×16 portable dance floor
- 2 × cocktail highboys for the cocktail hour
- Bistro string lighting along the marquee ridge
