Ask Us AnythingEvery table is pressure-washed and arrives clean enough to use bare — most clients add linens for formal events. Tablecloth sizes for 6ft, 8ft, 5ft round and cocktail live on tablecloth rentals. Mixing sizes on one order is standard, no surcharge.

The conversation table — eight guests face each other, which is why rounds are the wedding and gala standard. They take more floor space per guest than banquets, so check your tent or room size before committing to all-rounds.
The most space-efficient and versatile option: long-format dining, buffet lines, head tables, gift and registration tables, DJ booths, and bars. Banquets line up cleanly into rows and pack more seats into a tight footprint.
Standing-height tables for the cocktail hour, networking portions, and bar stations — roughly one highboy per 10–12 standing guests. A classic combo is highboys for arrival, rounds for dinner, banquets for the buffet.
For a seated dinner, divide your guest count by 8 for 5ft rounds, or by 8–10 for banquet tables — so 80 guests is about 10 rounds or 8–10 banquets. Add one or two extras for a head table, gifts, cake, and the buffet line. For standing receptions, plan roughly one cocktail highboy per 10–12 guests. We carry 8ft and 6ft rectangular (banquet) tables, 5ft round tables, and cocktail/high-top tables. All tables are pressure-washed and arrive spotlessly clean — pristine enough to use without tablecloths, though most clients add linens for formal events.
An 8ft banquet table comfortably seats 8–10 guests. A 6ft rectangular table seats 6–8. A 5ft round table seats 8 guests comfortably (up to 10 if needed). Cocktail/high-top tables are standing height and accommodate 4–6 people for mingling.
Absolutely — most events combine table types. Round tables for seated dinner, banquet tables for buffet lines, and cocktail tables for the reception entrance or bar area are a classic combination. Any mix can be delivered and set up in a single order when you add delivery to your booking.
Yes. When you add delivery to your order, our crew positions tables to your specified layout. Share your floor plan dimensions and we'll position everything before guests arrive. We also bring extras at no charge in case your count grows.

There's no strict minimum — we accommodate orders starting at a handful of tables. Contact us for very small orders and we'll work out the best arrangement.
Per table, per day: 6ft banquet from $10.95, 5ft round from $13.50, and cocktail highboys from $15.50. Delivery, crew placement, and pickup are quoted separately and shown up front. Warehouse pickup is available if you'd prefer to skip delivery.
Our tables are pressure-washed and arrive spotless — clean enough to use without linens for casual events. For weddings and formal dinners most clients still add linens for the look; we stock them in-house and put them on the same truck — sizes and how to add them are on tablecloth rentals. Cocktail highboys take spandex covers from our warehouse.
We don't stock picnic tables. The substitute is our 6ft banquet table — 72" × 30", seats 6–8, folds for the truck. Same job as a picnic table without the attached benches; pair it with fanback folding chairs.
