Banquet & Cocktail Tables

6ft and 8ft banquet tables for seated meals and registration, plus cocktail highboys for networking and reception bars.

Chairs

Corporate Rental Questions

Do you offer invoicing or net terms for businesses?

Yes — we offer Net-30 invoicing for repeat corporate and non-profit clients. New clients typically start with our standard 25% deposit and balance-before-event terms, and we can set up net terms once we've worked together. Just let us know your AP process when you request a quote.

How much lead time do you need for a corporate event?

For peak season (May–September) and large orders we recommend 4–6 weeks, especially if you need a marquee tent. We regularly accommodate shorter-notice corporate bookings subject to inventory — call us and we'll tell you immediately what's available for your date.

Can you handle large orders and multi-location delivery?

Yes. We quote custom orders for large headcounts and deliver to multiple sites for the same client. Because we own every line item — tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, power, internet — it all coordinates on our schedule rather than across several sub-vendors.

Do you provide setup and teardown?

Yes — our experienced crew delivers, sets up to your floor plan, and returns for teardown. For corporate events we'll coordinate timing around your venue access, registration window, and program schedule.
