Party Rental Questions — Mission

What's included on a Mission rental quote?

Can you set up tents at Fraser River Heritage Park?
Yes — Heritage Park is a regular Mission ceremony venue. The District of Mission runs the permit process for tents above their threshold; couples pull the permits, but we know which ceremony zones at the park accept which marquee footprints. Riverfront exposure produces afternoon wind — sidewalls year-round and ballasted weights are our default for any Heritage Park outdoor ceremony.
How clean are the chairs and tables when they arrive?
Every chair is individually wiped and inspected before it leaves our warehouse. Cushions are spot-cleaned, legs checked for damage, spindles checked for cracks. Tables get the same treatment. Anything that doesn't meet our condition bar comes off the inventory roster, not onto your booking.
Can you tent at Hatzic, Silverhill, or Cedar Valley acreage weddings?
Yes — foothill acreage weddings are some of our most-photogenic Mission deliveries. Most properties have plenty of footprint for a 20×60 or 30×60 marquee. Foothill elevation produces afternoon wind that flat valley-floor venues don't see; we plan anchor strategy accordingly. Driveway grade and overhead branches get confirmed during quoting for properties we haven't delivered to.
What's the lead time for a Mission summer wedding?
For peak-season Mission weddings (May–September), 6–8 weeks of lead time is comfortable. Foothill acreages we haven't delivered to often need a pre-event site walk before quoting marquee size — slope, surface, and access need to be confirmed. Budget an extra 2 weeks for unfamiliar private properties.
What does the delivery and setup fee cover?
When you add delivery and setup to your order, our crew handles round-trip transport, professional setup of tents and dance floors, takedown, and pickup. Chairs and tables are stacked and placed where you want them. Delivery and setup are quoted up front with no hidden charges or fuel surcharges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Can you set up a tent on grass, gravel, or a paved driveway?
Yes to all three. Our marquee tents use stake-down installation on grass and ballasted (weighted) installation on pavement, gravel, and stamped concrete. Tell us the surface when you book and we'll send the right hardware. We do not tent on artificial turf.
What happens if the weather is bad or I need to cancel?
Our 125% Cancellation Protection means if we ever cancel your booking, you receive 125% of your deposit back. If you need to reschedule because of weather, we'll roll your deposit forward to a new date at no charge — as long as we're notified before crew dispatch. Cancellations initiated by the customer are subject to our standard deposit terms.
