What's included in a rental package?

Every package includes tables and chairs sized to your guest count. The Covered tier adds a professionally-installed marquee tent; Garden Premium upgrades to Resin Garden chairs and adds bistro string lighting and cocktail tables with white spandex. Instant book applies code BUNDLE10 at checkout for 10% off.

Is delivery included in the package price?

The package price covers the equipment, already discounted 10% versus booking the items separately. Delivery is quoted by city ($175–$350, one round-trip charge covering drop-off and pickup) and shown up front — no surprise fees. Setup and takedown are an optional add-on, included free with the marquee tent. Warehouse pickup is available on smaller packages if you'd prefer to skip delivery.

Can I customize a package or add items?

Yes. Packages are a starting point — add linens, a dance floor, heaters, or a carnival-game bundle, or swap table styles. Instant book applies BUNDLE10 on the package items, and everything arrives on one truck.

What if my guest count isn't 50, 100, or 150?

Those three sizes are starting points. Tell us your exact headcount and we'll build a custom-size package the same day, with the same 10% bundle pricing.

How much deposit is required to book a package?

A 25% deposit secures your date, with the balance due before your event. Your date is locked once the deposit is paid. Deposits aren't refundable if you cancel.

How much do event packages cost?

Starting prices — 50-guest Essentials tier, 10% bundle discount already applied: backyard from $230, wedding from $246, corporate from $305. Prices scale with guest count and tier, up to the 150-guest Garden Premium.
