For summer weddings and large outdoor events, we recommend booking 3–6 months ahead. Peak season (May–September) fills quickly. For smaller or off-peak events, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. Check live availability and book online 24/7.

Add delivery and setup to your marquee tent order and our crew handles transport, full installation (frame assembly, staking, canvas fitting), and post-event takedown and removal — you don't touch anything. Delivery is quoted up front based on distance from our warehouse. Tables, chairs, and dance floors can be added to the same order.

On grass or soft soil, we stake marquee tents for maximum stability. For concrete, asphalt, or paved surfaces we use heavy ballast water barrels as anchors. Both methods are secure — just let us know your surface type when booking.

We need roughly 2 feet of clear space around the tent perimeter for staking and guylines. A 20×40 tent needs approximately a 24×44 ft clear footprint. Send us photos or measurements of your space and we'll confirm fit before delivery.

We offer a 125% cancellation guarantee: if we ever cancel on you for any reason, we return 125% of every dollar paid. For client-initiated cancellations, your deposit is held as a credit toward a rescheduled date. See our full terms at checkout.

Yes — solid and clear-view sidewall panels can be added to any marquee tent for weather protection or privacy. We also rent 80,000 BTU propane tent heaters for shoulder-season events and warm-globe bistro string lighting that bolts straight into the frame. Everything loads on the same delivery truck. For private property in most Lower Mainland municipalities, tents under 60 m² (about 645 sq ft — our 20×30 and smaller) typically don't require a permit. Larger tents, or any tent on public park land, usually do — Surrey, Vancouver, and Burnaby each have their own park-use permit process. We can help you scope what's needed for your specific venue when you book.

A 20×20 marquee installs in about 2 hours with our two-to-three person crew. A 20×40 takes 3–4 hours. A 30×60 (our largest, three sections gutter-joined) is a 5–6 hour install. We typically arrive the morning of your event or the day prior depending on your timeline — install windows are confirmed at booking.

Marquee tent prices are quoted per event, not per day. A standard booking covers delivery, installation, your event day, and post-event takedown — typically a 2–4 day window depending on scheduling. Multi-day events and longer holds are quoted separately. Popup tents and accessory items (heaters, sidewalls, lights) are priced per day.
