We run a single inventory and a single crew calendar across the entire Lower Mainland. That means a Vancouver couple gets the same catalogue any other city gets — without short-ships, without sub-rentals from another vendor, without “we’ll have to check our partner network.”
On the truck for a typical Vancouver wedding:
- Marquee tents from 20×20 up to 30×60, weather-rated, with sidewall and lighting add-ons
- White Chiavari chairs — the wedding-reception standard; ivory cushions, lacquered hardwood frame
- Fanback folding chairs — the ceremony-row workhorse, lighter and faster to stage in volume
- Resin Garden chairs — outdoor-resilient, the right call when the surface is grass and the forecast isn’t certain
- 5ft round tables seating 8 guests, 6ft and 8ft banquet tables for the head, gift, cake, DJ, and bar lines
- Portable dance floors in 12×12, 12×16, and larger configurations
- Bistro lighting, cocktail highboys, linens, and heaters as add-ons on the same quote

Delivery, setup, and what’s actually on the quote
A Vancouver quote from us is itemised end-to-end. No fuel surcharges. No zone uplifts. No surprises at the truck.
Delivery windows
We give you a one-hour delivery window when we book the date — not “morning of.” Vancouver traffic is real, and Friday-afternoon load-ins and Sunday-morning teardowns get planned around it. We plan around the traffic so you don’t pay for it.
Crew setup
Our crew levels the tent on slope, ballasts the legs where staking isn’t allowed (rooftops, paved lots, certain park surfaces), positions chairs and tables to your floor plan, and lays the dance floor on a level subfloor where the surface needs it. Mid-event re-staging — ceremony-to-reception flips on the same chair set — is included on single-tent bookings.
Same-day load-in and load-out
Feasible for most Vancouver venues. The exception is permit-restricted park ceremonies where the access window is tight; on those, we flag a separate mobilization day on the quote so the timeline isn’t a surprise.
Per-item pricing
Every chair is individually wiped, inspected, and stacked before it loads.
The same in Yaletown as in any neighbourhood we serve. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — distance, elevator access, slope — never the per-item rate.
We carry the chair in volume: the same Chiavari we ship to a 50-guest backyard reception is the same one stacked 100-deep on the truck for a Lower Mainland vineyard wedding. No “premium” line, no “deluxe” line, no upcharge for the photogenic option.

A typical 100-guest Vancouver wedding — say a Saturday in July, ceremony in a park setting like Stanley Park, reception under marquee on a private lawn — looks like this on the rental side:
- 1 × 20×40 marquee tent with bistro lighting and optional sidewalls
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs (80 staged for ceremony rows, then re-positioned at reception tables — same chairs, single delivery, our crew handles the flip)
- 12 × 5ft round tables (8 guests per table = 96, plus 2 extras for kids and the cake/buffet lines)
- 8 × 6ft banquet tables (head, gift, cake, DJ, registration, bar, plus two for the buffet)
- 1 × 12×16 portable dance floor
- 2 × highboy cocktail tables for the cocktail hour
Our crew arrives around 7 AM for marquee setup, finishes by midday, and reposts late evening for teardown. Total on-site time across both visits: about 16 hours, all included in the quote.
