Acreage homes have meaningfully more linear footage than urban rooflines — 200–400 feet is routine, 500+ for the larger Cloverdale properties. Pricing scales linearly: a 300-foot acreage install at $9/ft lands at $2,700 for the lights alone, plus $300–$600 for trees and pathway accents. We confirm gate codes, livestock considerations, and overhead utility lines before the install crew dispatches. Most acreages run the Premium package given the scale.
King George Boulevard commercial corridor
Storefront facades, restaurant exteriors, plaza entrances along the King George corridor and Scott Road. Commercial installs typically need after-5pm or weekend install timing; we coordinate access with the property manager during quoting. Most commercial installs run warm-white C9 or alternating-pattern designs.
Newton, Fleetwood, Guildford residential
Detached single-family homes with the standard residential install pattern. Most lots accept the Starter or Classic package — warm-white C9 along the main roofline with optional tree and bush accents. $8.50–$10/ft pricing for most.
Schools and community-centre exteriors
Surrey’s school district and community centres run a meaningful share of our late-season Christmas installs — community building exteriors, Newton-area community centre entrances, school facades for grad-season events that overlap into December. Lead times are typically shorter (3–4 weeks) than residential procurement.
Free off-season storage and the year-2 math
Year one, you pay for design, install, lights, takedown, and storage as a fixed package. Year two, the math gets meaningfully better — your strands are already in our warehouse in Surrey, labeled with your section map. The install crew arrives on day one with the same lights and the same plan. Most Surrey clients see year-2 pricing 15–25% lower than year-1 because the materials are already paid for.
