Chiavari rows and a portable dance floor at Swaneset Bay. The club is in Pitt Meadows; this was a Ridge Meadows wedding we set.
Swaneset sits in Pitt Meadows, not city-of-Maple-Ridge limits. Maple Ridge couples still book it — we treat Ridge Meadows as one run. The ballroom is floor-to-ceiling glass over the golf course. We run white Chiavari in ceremony rows, then reset for dinner — the dance floor goes down on the carpet before guests arrive so the crew isn’t moving panels during cocktail hour. Same chairs, both layouts: the ceremony-to-reception flip playbook is the indoor version of what we do under a marquee.
The rest of Maple Ridge is acreage and park work: Alouette Lake wind by mid-afternoon, Golden Ears setbacks, Hammond and Silver Valley backyards. Delivery from the Surrey warehouse is 30–40 minutes.
