What happens if the weather is bad or I need to cancel?
If you need to reschedule because of weather, we'll roll your deposit forward to a new date at no charge — as long as we're notified before crew dispatch. Your date is locked once the deposit is paid; deposits aren't refundable if you cancel outright.
