Newer-construction homes with simpler rooflines than rural acreages. Most accept the Starter or Classic package — clean warm-white C9 along the main and gable rooflines with optional tree wraps. Pricing lands in the $8.50–$9.50/ft range for most. Some townhouse-complex common-area installs (entrance archways, club-house exteriors) need strata-board approval and run on after-5pm install timing.
Walnut Grove and Brookswood established acreages
Older homes with detailed trim, larger lots, and extended rooflines. Most run the Classic or Premium package with 200–300 linear feet of roofline plus tree, bush, and pathway accents. Pricing lands in the $9–$11/ft range.
Murrayville and rural-residential
Properties along 16th Avenue and the rural pockets between Brookswood and Aldergrove. Larger lots, often with multiple outbuildings, fence-line accent opportunities, and gate-area lighting. Most run the Premium package given the multi-structure scope. Pricing $10–$12/ft.
Campbell Valley agricultural belt
Farm and equestrian properties around Campbell Valley Regional Park. Combine residential rooflines with farm-outbuilding accents. We confirm livestock considerations and farm-equipment access before install scheduling.
Free off-season storage and the year-2 math
Year one, you pay for design, install, lights, takedown, and storage as a fixed package. Year two, the math gets meaningfully better — your strands are already in our warehouse, labeled with your section map. For larger Township acreage installs, year-2 pricing typically drops 20–30% because the linear-footage materials are the biggest year-one cost and they’re already paid for.

For an established Brookswood or Murrayville acreage with main roofline, gable accents, two outbuildings, and three to four front-yard trees, a typical Premium-package install looks like:
