Albion and Whonnock rural-residential
Properties with mature trees, longer driveway approaches, and forest-canopy clearance variables. We measure overhead-branch clearance during the design walk; ladder-access constraints sometimes push us to schedule install windows earlier in November before deciduous canopy thickens with weather.
Kanaka Creek-adjacent
Rural-residential properties near Kanaka Creek Regional Park. Often combine residential rooflines with naturalized landscape — minimal tree wraps, focus on roofline lighting and front-yard pathway accents.
Maple Ridge town centre and Haney residential
More urban-character residential closer to the town centre. Most run the Starter or Classic package — warm-white C9 along the main roofline with optional tree accents. $8.50–$10/ft pricing.
Free off-season storage and the year-2 math
Year one, you pay for design, install, lights, takedown, and storage as a fixed package. Year two, the math gets meaningfully better — your strands are already in our warehouse, labeled with your acreage’s section map. For acreage installs especially, year-2 pricing drops 20–30% because the linear-footage materials are the biggest year-one cost and they’re already paid for.
