Queen’s Park Victorian heritage
Detailed trim, complex rooflines, protected sightlines. We use clip-style installs that respect the heritage character — no staples, no nails. Most Queen’s Park homes run the Classic or Premium package given the linear footage of detailed roofline trim. Pricing typically lands in the $9.50–$12/ft range.
Sapperton residential
Older homes with detailed character and established yards. Most run the Classic package — warm-white C9 along main and gable rooflines plus accent strands on porches and tree wraps. $9–$11/ft pricing.
Pier Park and Fraser-River-adjacent
Fraser River exposure produces afternoon wind that more inland New West venues don’t see. Sustained-wind-rated install hardware on the riverside-facing rooflines; sidewall lighting on porches handles wind cleanly through the season.
Anvil Centre and downtown commercial
Storefront facades, restaurant exteriors, hotel buildings, civic-area retail. Commercial installs need building-management coordination on access windows; we book the slot during quoting. Most run on warm-white C9 or alternating-pattern designs.
Queensborough industrial-loft
Converted industrial spaces sometimes book year-round festive lighting or Christmas-season tenant-event installs. Freight-elevator access coordinated with building management; non-damaging mounting on heritage industrial finishes.
Free off-season storage and the year-2 math
Year one, you pay for design, install, lights, takedown, and storage as a fixed package. Year two, the math gets meaningfully better — your strands are already in our warehouse, labeled with your roof’s section map. For Queen’s Park Victorian installs especially, the detailed-trim materials are a significant year-one cost; year-2 pricing typically drops 20–30% because those custom-cut strands are already paid for.

For a two-storey Queen’s Park Victorian with detailed eave trim, gable accents, wrap-around porch, and two front-yard mature trees, a typical Premium-package install looks like:
