Cloverdale and South Surrey acreage
Grass installs require engineered subfloor underneath the dance floor. Adds 90–120 minutes to setup but ensures the floor stays gap-free under 80–100 dancing guests at midnight. Most Cloverdale acreage receptions sit in this category.
Bear Creek Park ceremonies
Park ceremonies typically don’t include dance floors — they’re chair-only setups. Receptions at adjacent venues use our standard floor configurations.
School and community-event setups
Newton, Fleetwood, and Guildford schools and community centres run 16×20 floors for grad ceremony after-parties, fundraiser events, and large family functions. Volume orders typically run on shorter (3–4 week) lead times than wedding procurement.
Per-item pricing
The same in Cloverdale as in Newton. Our 12×16 portable dance floor is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery and subfloor — surface, distance, after-hours timing — never the per-floor rate.
Same-week availability and mid-event swaps
Two operational features matter for Surrey dance floor rentals specifically. Same-week 12×12 and 12×16 floors are routine — orders inside a 3–5 day window are typically feasible even in peak season. Mid-event swaps are realistic: if a panel fails or shifts mid-reception, replacement panels can typically be on-site within 60–75 minutes during a Saturday event.

For a 100-guest Surrey wedding at a Cloverdale acreage under marquee, a typical dance floor order looks like:
