New West’s compact footprint means same-week chair, table, and small-tent orders are usually feasible — even in peak season. We can absorb tight timelines that further-out cities can’t.
Heritage-venue access constraints
Queen’s Park’s pavilions and Irving House have heritage-protected sightlines. Most heritage venues skip the marquee entirely and run on smaller-footprint setups: Chiavari chairs, banquet tables, and bistro lighting handle the typical heritage wedding.

Fraser River exposure is the constant. Ballasted weight kits, sidewalls year-round, and a slightly larger marquee than nominal headcount.
Queensborough late-night access
Industrial-loft event spaces in Queensborough often run late, with teardowns past midnight. Queensborough is close enough to our route that late teardowns don’t blow up our crew calendar.
Per-item pricing
The same in Sapperton as in Uptown. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — distance, access, anchor — never the per-item rate.
Queensborough industrial-loft conversions
Queensborough’s converted industrial spaces are growing as event venues for weddings, milestone birthdays, and corporate functions — and they need a different setup pattern than heritage venues. The first question is power and access: most lofts are wired for daytime use, not for dance-floor lighting and DJ infrastructure at midnight. We bundle bistro string lights, cocktail highboys, and (where needed) battery power stations onto the same quote. Loft weddings typically run 60–100 guests with no marquee, full chair-and-table setup, and a 12×12 dance floor.
A 100-guest New Westminster wedding rental order
For a 100-guest New Westminster wedding — say a Saturday in August at a Queen’s Park ceremony followed by a Queensborough loft reception — a typical order looks like:
- 1 × 20×40 marquee tent (covered ceremony at Queen’s Park; reception is indoors at the loft)
