What our crew brings on the truck
A 20×40 marquee setup — the standard footprint for most Surrey backyard and acreage receptions.
The same single inventory and crew calendar runs across the entire Lower Mainland — but Surrey customers get a measurable operational edge from us being based here.
On the truck for a typical Surrey event:
- Marquee tents from 20×20 up to 30×60, weather-rated, with sidewall and lighting add-ons
- White Chiavari chairs for receptions, Fanback folding for ceremony rows, Resin Garden chairs for outdoor sites
- 5ft round tables seating 8 guests, plus 6ft and 8ft banquet tables
- Portable dance floors in 12×12, 12×16, and larger configurations
- Bistro lighting, cocktail highboys, linens, and heaters as add-ons on the same quote
- Engineered ground stakes (the default anchor for grass — meaningfully more secure than ballast)
Local pricing is local pricing. Same rate as anywhere else we deliver, just without the travel time built into the quote.
What “local” actually changes about the booking

Three operational differences make Surrey our most flexible delivery zone.
Same-week bookings
Tight timelines are more often workable in Surrey than anywhere else. Chair, table, and small-tent orders inside a 3–5 day window are usually feasible even in peak season — call before booking online and we’ll tell you straight whether the trucks have room.
Mid-event swaps
If a chair leg fails, a table breaks, or you suddenly need 20 more cocktail highboys at 5 PM Saturday, replacements can typically be on-site within 60 minutes. We don’t make this promise for cities further out.
Late-night teardowns
Saturday evening teardowns past 11 PM are easier in Surrey because the crew doesn’t have a long return drive. Useful for late-running receptions where moving the teardown window isn’t an option.
Warehouse pickup
Pickup orders skip the delivery line item entirely. Useful for budget-conscious bookings — popup tents, chairs, banquet tables, and dance-floor sections are all pickup-eligible. Marquees require professional install and aren’t on the pickup list.
Beyond weddings: schools, sports banquets, and community events
Surrey has the largest school district in BC and the most active community-centre calendar in the Lower Mainland — which means a meaningful share of our Surrey deliveries aren’t weddings at all. Grad ceremonies and after-grad events at school gymnasiums and field tents, sports banquets at Newton and Cloverdale halls, school fundraisers, and PAC family-day events are weekly bookings during the spring and fall.
Schools and community organizations get the same itemised quote and the same crew. The difference is volume: a school grad rental might be 200 Fanback chairs and 25 banquet tables, no marquee — a setup that ships on one truck and stages in under three hours.
A 100-guest Surrey wedding rental order
For a 100-guest Surrey wedding — say a Saturday in August at a Cloverdale acreage with ceremony and reception under a single marquee — a typical order looks like:
- 1 × 20×60 marquee tent with sidewalls (covered ceremony + reception)
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs (ceremony rows, then re-staged at the reception tables)
- 12 × 5ft round tables for the reception
- 6 × 6ft banquet tables (head, gift, cake, DJ, registration, bar)
- 1 × 12×16 portable dance floor
- 2 × cocktail highboys for the cocktail hour
- Bistro string lighting along the marquee ridge
- Engineered ground stakes (default for grass)
