Three tables, three jobs. Surrey event floor plans usually need all three:
- 5ft round tables ($13.50/day, seats 8) — the classic wedding-reception configuration. The reception workhorse for Cloverdale acreages, Hazelmere golf-course weddings, and any seated-dinner event.
- 6ft rectangular banquet tables ($10.95/day, seats 6–8) — the single most versatile SKU we ship. Family-style dining rows, buffet stations, gift tables, DJ booths, bar setups, registration desks, head tables. The volume choice for school grads and community events.
- Cocktail highboy tables ($15.50/day, standing) — 42-inch standing-height rounds for cocktail hour, networking events, and pre-dinner mingling. Plan ~1 highboy per 10–12 standing guests.
Local pricing is local pricing. Same per-table rate as anywhere else we deliver — and Surrey customers can pick up directly from our warehouse.

Acreage and rural-residential
Cloverdale, South Surrey, and the rural areas south of 40th Avenue have full backyard footprint for any table configuration. We level rounds and banquets on grass during the staging window; highboys go on patio surfaces.
Park ceremonies
Bear Creek, Tynehead, Crescent, Redwood. Minimal table counts — registration table, guest book table, refreshment table. Chairs are the count that matters here.
School and community-organization events
Newton, Fleetwood, Guildford schools and community centres run high-volume banquet table bookings. Single-truck deliveries that stage in 3–4 hours.
Per-item pricing
The same in Cloverdale as in Newton. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — distance, surface, after-hours timing — never the per-table rate.
Same-week orders, mid-event swaps, warehouse pickup
Three operational features matter for Surrey table rentals specifically. Same-week orders are routine — table-only orders inside a 3–5 day window are typically feasible even in peak season. Mid-event swaps (replacement when something fails, extra banquet tables when walk-ins exceed expectations) are on-site within 60–75 minutes. Warehouse pickup applies to 5ft rounds, 6ft banquets, and cocktail highboys — saves the delivery line item entirely.
A 100-guest Surrey table rental order
For a 100-guest Surrey wedding — say a Saturday in August at a Cloverdale acreage with marquee reception and front-yard cocktail hour — a typical table-side order looks like:
- 12 × 5ft round tables (8 guests per round = 96, with 2 extras for kids and overflow)
- 6 × 6ft banquet tables (head linking 2, gift, cake, DJ, registration)
- 2 × 6ft banquet tables for the buffet line
- 3 × cocktail highboys for the front-yard cocktail hour
Total: 23 tables, all positioned to your floor plan during a single delivery window. For school grad and community-event bookings (typically 200+ Fanback chairs + 25 banquet tables, no rounds), the configuration shifts entirely to volume seating.
