The same single inventory and crew calendar runs across the entire Lower Mainland. A Delta tent install gets the same equipment any other city gets — without short-ships, without sub-rentals from another vendor.
On the truck for a typical Delta install:
- 20×20 marquee — Ladner Village cocktail hour, supplemental outdoor zone, smaller backyard birthday
- 20×40 marquee — 60–80 guests under one tent
- 20×60 marquee — the workhorse for 100-guest weddings, full ceremony-to-reception coverage
- 30×60 marquee — 150–200 guests, larger Tsawwassen and Boundary Bay setups
- Sidewalls, bistro lighting, heaters, fans as add-ons on the same quote
- Stakes plus ballast on shoreline; standard stakes inland; full ballast on hardscape

Boundary Bay and Reifel — shoreline and sanctuary
Salt air, afternoon onshore wind, and tight permit setbacks. Stakes plus ballast every time, sidewalls recommended year-round, marquee size adjusted to fit the specific permit zone rather than the nominal headcount.
Tsawwassen acreage — wide-open farmland
Tsawwassen acreage weddings run on the largest Delta footprints — 30×60 and linked 20×40s are common. Truck access is ample, ground is firm grass, and we get morning installs done before the afternoon wind picks up off the bay.
Ladner Village heritage
Tight heritage streets, smaller footprint constraints, village-coordinated delivery. Most Ladner installs are 20×20 cocktail tents or 20×30 supplemental marquees rather than full reception tents.
North Delta, Sunshine Hills, Tilbury
Standard residential backyard patterns. Tilbury’s industrial-park corporate events occasionally book hardscape marquee installs — full ballast on every leg.
Per-item pricing
The same on Boundary Bay as in Ladner. Our 20×40 marquee is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — anchor strategy, after-hours timing — never the tent rate.
Same-day setup and ceremony-to-reception flips
Many Delta weddings run a single-tent ceremony-to-reception flip — same chairs, same marquee handle both phases, with our crew rearranging the layout in 30–45 minutes during the cocktail hour. Our ceremony-to-reception flip playbook covers the layout math; the operational reality is that one tent and one crew save you a meaningful amount on the quote versus two-venue setups.
A 100-guest Delta tent rental order
For a 100-guest Delta wedding — say a Saturday in August at a Tsawwassen acreage with ceremony and reception under a single tent — a typical tent-side order looks like:
- 1 × 20×60 marquee tent (covered ceremony + reception in single footprint)
- 4 × tent sidewalls (full enclosure for evening — recommended at any shoreline site)
- 8 × bistro string-light strands across the marquee ridge
- 1 × tent heater (October–April bookings; optional in summer evenings off the bay)
- Engineered ground stakes plus ballast (default for shoreline grass; full ballast on Tilbury hardscape)
Setup runs 4–5 hours for a 20×60 + sidewall configuration; teardown is 2–3 hours. Both quoted up front. The 50/100/150/200 rental checklist maps the marquee sizing.
