Grad ceremonies in May and June, sports tournaments at the Cloverdale Rodeo Grounds, and school PAC family events all run on weekday timelines that we can absorb without compressing our Saturday wedding load.
Two operational features matter for Surrey tent rentals specifically. Same-week marquees are sometimes feasible — 20×20 and 20×40 sizes can come together inside 5–7 days when our installer crew has capacity. Warehouse pickup applies to popup tents (10×10 only); full marquee tents require professional install and aren’t pickup-eligible.
