Lower Coquitlam (Town Centre, Maillardville, Eagle Ridge)
Standard urban delivery pattern. Truck access is typical, wind exposure is moderate, and our default anchor strategy (engineered stakes on grass, ballast on pavement) applies.
Upper Coquitlam (Burke Mountain, Westwood Plateau)
Elevation-aware delivery. Overhead branch clearance, driveway grade, and afternoon wind all factor in. We pre-walk acreage sites we haven’t delivered to before quoting tent size — that pre-event walk is part of the quote, not a surprise add-on.
Park ceremonies
Lafarge Lake’s turf and Mundy Park’s tree cover both bump our default toward ballasted weights and minimal aggressive staking. We protect the venue surface; the venue protects our future bookings.
Per-item pricing
The same on Burke Mountain as in Town Centre. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — elevation, surface, anchor — never the per-item rate.
Town Centre corporate and community events
Coquitlam’s other operational rhythm is Town Centre — office-plaza receptions, community-centre functions, and civic-event setups around Lafarge Lake’s amphitheatre. Lead times here are typically shorter than weddings (3–4 weeks vs. 6–8); corporate clients usually have approved-vendor lists and faster procurement cycles. Most Town Centre corporate setups skip the marquee entirely (the building’s interior is the venue) and run on banquet seating, Chiavari chairs, cocktail highboys, and bistro lighting for ambience.
A 100-guest Coquitlam wedding rental order
For a 100-guest Coquitlam wedding — say a Saturday in August at a Westwood Plateau acreage with ceremony and reception running outdoors — a typical order looks like:
- 1 × 20×60 marquee tent with sidewalls (covered ceremony + reception in single footprint)
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs (ceremony rows, then re-staged at reception tables)
- 12 × 5ft round tables for the reception
- 6 × 6ft banquet tables (head, gift, cake, DJ, registration, bar)
- 1 × 12×16 portable dance floor
