What our Langley chair lineup covers

Three chair lines that cover almost every Langley event:
- White Chiavari ($8.50/day) — the wedding-reception standard. Best for vineyard and berry-farm receptions (the formal frame photographs well against rows and rustic backdrops), acreage receptions under marquee, and any covered or indoor Langley venue. The most-booked Langley wedding chair.
- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse. Right for ceremony rows where guest count is high (200+ guests is more common at Langley vineyard weddings than at urban venues), school events, corporate registrations, and budget-conscious bookings. Often paired with Chiavari for the reception.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for shoulder-season Langley ceremonies (April–May, September–October), Campbell Valley forest-canopy zones, and any open-grass ceremony where surface moisture is the variable.
Mixing lines is free. Fanback for 200 ceremony guests, Chiavari for 200 reception guests — same quote, same truck.

Vineyard and berry-farm ceremonies
Krause Berry Farms, Township 7, and the smaller agritourism properties have row spacing and harvesting calendars that determine where chairs stage. We coordinate during quoting; we don’t drive across irrigation lines.
Acreage receptions
Full mowed-grass setup. Chiavari for receptions under marquee, Fanback for larger ceremony rows, mixed configurations common. Most Langley acreage weddings split 100 ceremony chairs (Fanback) + 100 reception chairs (Chiavari) when guest count exceeds 100.
Campbell Valley Regional Park
Open-air park ceremony zones with farmland-style afternoon wind. Chair-only setups work without marquee infrastructure for forest-canopy zones; meadow and clearing zones accept marquee + Chiavari.
Per-item pricing
The same on a Brookswood acreage as at Township 7. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — distance, surface, multi-venue — never the per-chair rate.
High-volume Langley orders and same-week capacity
Langley weddings hit 200+ guests more often than urban Vancouver weddings, and the chair count scales accordingly — 200 Fanback folding for ceremony + 200 Chiavari for reception is a routine order here. We carry the volume in stock, and Langley’s short delivery route means even larger orders can come together in 7–10 days during peak season.
A 100-guest Langley vineyard chair rental order
For a 100-guest Langley vineyard wedding — say a Saturday in August at Township 7 with ceremony among the vines and reception under marquee on the lawn — a typical chair-side order looks like:
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs (ceremony rows in the vineyard, then re-staged at reception tables)
The Chiavari-only setup is the most common Langley vineyard wedding configuration. For larger 150–200 guest setups, Fanback for ceremony + Chiavari for reception becomes more economical; for shoulder-season or weather-uncertain dates, 100 × Resin Garden for the ceremony + 100 × Chiavari at the reception is the safer pick.
