- 6ft rectangular banquet tables ($10.95/day, seats 6–8) — the single most versatile SKU we ship. Long-row family-style dining, buffet stations, gift tables, DJ booths, bar setups. The volume choice for school grads and Langley Events Centre corporate functions.
- Cocktail highboy tables ($15.50/day, standing) — 42-inch standing-height rounds for cocktail hour and networking events. Plan ~1 highboy per 10–12 standing guests.
Vineyards have a calendar of their own. Tables stage when the venue says we can stage — we coordinate during quoting.

Krause Berry Farms, Township 7, Domaine de Chaberton. Most run 80–150 guests with rounds on the main lawn under marquee. We level on farm grass during the staging window; highboys go on patio surfaces near the tasting room.
Acreage long-banquet receptions
Brookswood, Murrayville acreages increasingly favour long banquet-style dining over rounds — 6ft and 8ft banquet tables in continuous rows, family-style. Visual rhythm matches the rural setting; setup is faster than rounds.
Langley Events Centre corporate
Volume table bookings — galas, conference functions, tournament receptions. Cocktail highboys for the standing reception zones plus banquet tables for registration, beverage, and food displays.
Per-item pricing
The same on a Township 7 lawn as in Brookswood. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — surface, multi-venue, anchor — never the per-table rate.
Long-row banquet staging and Langley acreage scale
Acreage long-banquet receptions are growing — instead of 12 rounds, the configuration shifts to 8 banquet tables linked in rows of 24–32 guests each, with centerpieces running the row length. This stages faster than rounds (no centerpiece distribution per table) and visually suits the rural setting better. We carry the volume to ship 200-guest banquet-row weddings on a single truck.
A 100-guest Langley vineyard table rental order
For a 100-guest Langley vineyard wedding — say a Saturday in August at Township 7 with marquee reception on the lawn — a typical table-side order looks like:
- 12 × 5ft round tables (8 guests per round = 96, with 2 extras for kids and overflow)
- 6 × 6ft banquet tables (head linking 2, gift, cake, DJ, registration)
