Buntzen Lake’s lakefront and Bert Flinn’s wooded zones have tree cover that constrains marquee peak height. We pre-walk forest sites we haven’t delivered to, or skip the marquee entirely for chair-only ceremonies under the canopy. Our 13’ peak fits most but not all sites.
Heritage Woods’ elevation produces afternoon wind that lower Moody Centre doesn’t see. We plan accordingly for any property above the Inlet’s flat zone.

Port Moody’s Inlet-side brewery district and the Brewers Row corridor have grown into a steady stream of corporate events, milestone parties, and post-wedding receptions in the last few years. Most setups are smaller-footprint (20×20 popups, 1–2 highboys, bistro lighting for the patio) and run on 3–4 week lead times rather than the 6–8 weeks we recommend for full-scale weddings. Patio installs need ballast (no staking on pavement) and almost always sidewalls — Inlet wind funnels right down through the brewery district.
