Olympic Oval freight access is ample but the calendar is tightly programmed. Large highboy counts (50+ for cocktail receptions) are common for galas; we ship them on dedicated trucks rather than mixing with banquet rounds.
Steveston Heritage Village runs constrained: smaller table counts, village-coordinated delivery windows, and tight setback rules. Garry Point Park is more flexible on size but adds wind considerations — banquet bases over highboy bistros where the site is fully exposed.
Detached-home Richmond backyards are flat and large. Highboys on the patio, banquets and rounds on the grass — we level them during the staging window.
