Willoughby’s newer subdivisions have smaller backyard footprints than Walnut Grove or Brookswood. Most accept a 20×20 or 20×30 marquee comfortably; the 20×40 size is the upper bound for typical Willoughby Heights lots. We confirm property dimensions and setbacks during quoting.
Townhouse common-area protocol
Strata-managed townhouse complexes run their own approval process for common-area events. We coordinate with the strata board’s vendor requirements during quoting — most require ballasted weights (no staking on landscaped lawns), and many cap event capacity below the strata’s nominal common-area square footage.

Willoughby’s location means LEC corporate events are a quick delivery for us. Same-week additions to existing LEC functions (extra cocktail highboys, additional banquet tables) are often feasible inside a 24–48 hour window when trucks have capacity.
Per-item pricing
The same in Yorkson as in Willoughby Heights or Routley. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — strata access, parking restrictions, anchor — never the per-item rate.

Willoughby’s townhouse density supports a steady rhythm of common-area events — birthday parties, baby showers, milestone celebrations, holiday gatherings — that run on a different operational pattern than backyard weddings. These setups typically need 1–2 cocktail highboys, 6–8 banquet tables, 30–50 chairs, and sometimes a 10×10 popup for outdoor cover. Lead times are short (1–2 weeks is often workable), and the strata’s approval window usually exceeds ours.

For a 100-guest Willoughby backyard wedding — say a Saturday in August on a larger Willoughby Heights lot with ceremony in the front and reception under a marquee in the back — a typical order looks like:
- 1 × 20×40 marquee tent with sidewalls (covered reception; ceremony is open-air in the front yard)

Setup runs 4–5 hours; teardown 2–3. Both quoted up front. For larger 150-guest weddings, the marquee scales up to 20×60 if the lot accommodates it — many Willoughby Heights properties don’t, in which case the reception splits between the marquee and a covered patio.
