- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse for the LEC and community-scale events. Right for Langley Events Centre corporate galas (300+ chair orders are routine), community fundraisers, and high-headcount community-venue seating.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for Sendall Gardens heritage-garden ceremonies, Willoughby Community Park open-lawn weddings, Jacob Hoogendoorn Park ceremonies, and any Willoughby booking on morning-dew grass.
Mixing lines is free. Sendall Gardens Resin Garden ceremony + Yorkson Chiavari residence reception is the most-booked Willoughby wedding pairing.

Langley Events Centre
The LEC drives the largest single-event Willoughby chair counts. Corporate galas, sports banquets, and community fundraisers regularly ship 300+ Fanback folding chairs with Chiavari for head-table and dignitary seating alongside. Loading-dock access is ample; the LEC events team coordinates vendor delivery windows.
Sendall Gardens heritage
Sendall Gardens’ heritage garden ceremony zones run on garden-permit windows. Resin Garden every time for the morning-dew grass and garden-edge surface conditions. Truck access at the perimeter with hand-carry to the specific ceremony zone within the garden.
Yorkson and Willoughby Heights residential
Yorkson and Willoughby Heights’ newer residential streets accept any chair configuration with friendly truck access. Most weddings are 80–130 guests with Chiavari-only configurations under marquee at the larger lots, or two-chair-line setups for ceremonies that flip from outdoor to indoor.
Willoughby Community Park and Jacob Hoogendoorn Park
Both parks run on park-permit windows for outdoor ceremonies. Resin Garden for the open-lawn ceremony zones.
Routley residential
Routley’s residential streets accept standard delivery patterns. Most Routley backyards accept a single chair-line configuration; rare two-chair-line bookings for the larger lots.
Per-item pricing
The same in Yorkson as at the LEC. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The Highway 1 delivery line is the variable, not the per-chair rate.
