Stainless cutlery rental set — dinner spoon, teaspoon, dinner fork and dinner knife laid out on white

What tableware we rent today

Cutlery. The line is called Simple Silver: a dinner fork, a serrated dinner knife, a dinner spoon and a teaspoon in plain polished stainless with a rounded handle and no pattern, so it reads clean on a white, black or navy cloth. We keep 400 of each piece at the Surrey warehouse, which covers a 300-guest reception with spares left over.

Book it one of two ways on cutlery rental: the 4-piece set at $2/day per guest, or single pieces at $0.51/day when a buffet only needs forks or the coffee service needs extra teaspoons. It is packed in tens, so the minimum is 10 of anything and counts round up to the next ten. Every piece is washed and inspected before it is counted into the order — send it back scraped and rinsed and we do the proper wash — and it loads with your tables, chairs and linens so one delivery covers the table.

Plates and glassware are next. Until they land, the caterer still brings chargers, plates and glasses; if your date is close and you need the full place setting from us, call and we will tell you where we are.

Tableware FAQ

How much is cutlery rental?

$2 per day for a 4-piece stainless set — dinner fork, dinner knife, dinner spoon and teaspoon. Single pieces are $0.51 per day each. A 100-guest dinner with 10% spares is 110 sets, $220 per day before delivery. Pickup at 9317 188 St in Surrey is free; delivery is $175–$350 round trip.

What is in a cutlery set?

One dinner fork, one serrated dinner knife, one dinner spoon and one teaspoon in plain polished stainless with a rounded handle and no pattern. Add single pieces at $0.51 when a course needs more — extra forks for the cake, extra teaspoons for coffee.

How many cutlery sets do I need for 100 guests?

110 — one set per seated guest plus 10% spares, the same spare rule we use for chairs. Buffet service can run lighter on knives and heavier on forks; build that from single pieces on cutlery rental.

Is there a minimum cutlery order?

Yes — cutlery is packed in tens, so the minimum is 10 of any piece or set and counts round up to the next ten. 55 sets for 50 guests becomes 60; 110 for 100 guests stays 110.

Do I have to wash the cutlery before returning it?

No. Scrape the food off and give it a rinse; we do the proper wash and inspection back at the warehouse before it goes out again.

Do you rent plates and glassware?

Not yet. Plates and glassware are the next additions to the tableware line. Cutlery and linens book online today; call 778-990-7983 if your date is close and you need the full place setting.

Can I add cutlery to a wedding or corporate package?

Yes. Add it in the cart at checkout the same way you add linens or heaters — one set per guest plus 10% spares. It loads on the package delivery.
