About Forever Party Rentals

Forever Party Rentals is a family-run tent, chair, table and dance floor rental company founded in Surrey, BC in 2023 by Devon. We own the inventory, run our own trucks and cargo vans, and deliver, install and take down across 29 cities in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, Vancouver to Chilliwack.

Who we are

A Surrey warehouse, a North Vancouver office, and one crew

Devon started the company in 2023 and still answers the phone, quotes the jobs and rides on the truck most Saturdays between April and October. The warehouse at 9317 188 St, Surrey is where every tent, chair and table lives and where free pickup happens (7:30AM–9PM, on call and confirmation). The North Vancouver office at 1488 Main St, Unit 255 is by appointment for North Shore and Vancouver clients; equipment still ships from Surrey. Our crews are WCB-covered.

Every item below is ours, delivered from Surrey or picked up at the warehouse. Prices are the published CAD rates on each product page and on the price list.

How a booking works

Online 24/7, a 25% deposit, delivery shown before you pay

Booking and payment

Pick your dates and items on the booking page; availability is live. A 25% deposit locks the date and the inventory, and the balance is due before delivery. Pay in full within 24 hours of your quote, 30+ days before your event, and the whole order is 10% off. Bundling a tent with tables and chairs as a package saves another 10%.

Delivery, setup and pickup

Delivery runs $175–$350 depending on location — one round-trip charge covering drop-off and pickup; the exact amount shows at checkout. Setup and takedown are an optional add-on, included at no extra cost with every marquee tent and dance floor. Marquees and dance floors are always crew-installed: staked on grass, ballasted on pavement, gravel or decks. Popup tents, folding chairs and banquet tables fit a standard SUV, so many Surrey-area customers pick up free.

What we don't do

Scope, stated plainly

Our largest tent is a 30×60; we don't rent festival or civic-scale structures, restroom trailers or generators. We don't do catering, cakes or bouncy castles. We deliver across BC's Lower Mainland only, and we can't guarantee same-day inventory, so book ahead for peak-season Saturdays (May to September).
