Event Rental Questions

What kinds of events do you equip?

Weddings, corporate functions, charity galas, school carnivals, festivals, community days, backyard birthdays and milestone celebrations. If it needs a tent, chairs, tables or a dance floor in the Lower Mainland, we can quote it.

How far in advance should we book event rentals?

Peak-season weekends (May–September) typically book 3–6 months ahead. Smaller mid-week corporate or backyard events can sometimes be booked just a few weeks out — call us to check current availability. A 25% deposit holds the date and the inventory.

Do you handle delivery, setup and teardown?

Yes. Our crew delivers, installs and removes everything — you don't lift a tent pole or stack a chair. Delivery windows are confirmed the week of the event, with same-day load-in and load-out available on most venues.

What's the minimum order?

Delivery minimums vary by city. Backyard-sized orders (one tent, a few tables and chairs) are routine. For pickup from our Surrey warehouse there's no minimum on most categories — just chairs, tables and a few tent sizes that fit a standard SUV.

Can you set up at parks, public venues and private estates?

Yes — we routinely set up in parks (where permitted), private estates, schoolyards, corporate campuses, vineyards and waterfront properties. Tell us the venue and we'll confirm access, anchoring method and any permit considerations.
