Most Lower Mainland couples book 3–6 months ahead for peak season (May–September). For specific tent sizes, Chiavari counts above 100, or holiday weekends, 6+ months is safer. A 25% deposit holds your date — the balance is due before delivery.
Seated at 5ft round tables with no dance floor, a 20×30 marquee holds 54–60 guests, a 20×40 holds 72–80 and a 20×60 holds 112–120. Our largest single marquee is the 30×60 (1,800 sq ft), the tent in our 150-guest packages. A dance floor, head table, bar and DJ need room on top of that, so bigger guest lists often mean joining two marquees. A 1-day rental runs from $245.93 to $2,978.10, 10% less than booking the same items separately. Upgrade to Chiavari chairs or add a dance floor, linens, sidewalls or heaters at checkout. Custom orders are welcome too.
Per-item rental, delivery within our service area, crew setup and takedown, and pickup after the event. Delivery and setup start from $175 depending on distance. Add-ons (sidewalls, heating, lighting, late-night pickup, ferry travel for island venues) are itemized clearly so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
