Most Lower Mainland couples book 3–6 months ahead for peak season (May–September). For specific tent sizes, Chiavari counts above 100, or holiday weekends, 6+ months is safer. A 25% deposit holds your date — the balance is due before delivery.
Plan for 12–15 sq ft per seated guest plus space for a dance floor, head table, bar and DJ. A 20×30 marquee fits up to 60 seated; a 20×40 fits up to 80 seated; a 20×60 fits up to 120 seated with room for a dance floor inside; a 40×80 covers 250+ for major events. Per-item rental, delivery within our service area, crew setup and takedown, and pickup after the event. Add-ons (sidewalls, heating, lighting, late-night pickup, ferry travel for island venues) are itemized clearly so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
