Most Lower Mainland couples book 3–6 months ahead for peak season (May–September). For specific tent sizes, Chiavari counts above 100, or holiday weekends, 6+ months is safer. A 25% deposit holds your date — the balance is due before delivery.

Plan for 12–15 sq ft per seated guest plus space for a dance floor, head table, bar and DJ. A 20×30 marquee fits up to 60 seated; a 20×40 fits up to 80 seated; a 20×60 fits up to 120 seated with room for a dance floor inside; a 40×80 covers 250+ for major events. Yes. Our crew delivers, installs and removes every tent, dance floor and seating layout — you don't lift a chair. Delivery windows are confirmed the week of your event, with same-day load-in available on most venues.

Yes — we set up regularly at backyard estates, vineyards, parks (where permitted), waterfront properties and event venues across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Tell us your venue and we'll confirm access, anchoring method and any permit requirements.

Yes — see our 50, 100 and 150-guest packages. Each bundles a tent, Chiavari chairs, banquet or round tables, and a dance floor at a discounted rate. Add linens, lighting and sidewalls à la carte. Custom-build is also welcome.

Per-item rental, delivery within our service area, crew setup and takedown, and pickup after the event. Add-ons (sidewalls, heating, lighting, late-night pickup, ferry travel for island venues) are itemized clearly so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
