These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Forever Party Rentals Inc. ("Forever Party Rentals," "we," "us," "our") for use of foreverpartyrentals.com, our website chat widget, SMS program, and rental bookings. By using the site, sending a chat message, opting in to texts, or placing a booking, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Forever Party Rentals Inc. rents tents, chairs, tables, dance floors, and related event equipment. We deliver across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley from 9317 188 St, Surrey, BC V4N 3V1. Phone: 778-990-7983. Email: welcome@foreverpartyrentals.com.
You may use the site to browse rentals, plan a layout, request a quote, chat with us, or book online. Don't misuse the site (scraping that harms the service, attempting to break security, or submitting false information). We may change or take down pages without notice.
Content on the site is for information. Quotes, availability, and prices are confirmed in the booking flow or by our team. Photos and layout diagrams are examples unless they are labelled as a specific job.
Online bookings are placed through our checkout. A deposit secures the date; the balance is due before delivery. Cancellation, weather, and setup terms shown at checkout or on your confirmation are part of the rental agreement. If anything here conflicts with a signed quote or checkout terms for a specific job, that job's terms control.
Our website chat widget (not shown on the contact form or checkout pages) lets you message Forever Party Rentals. If you submit your phone number and check the consent boxes, you authorize Forever Party Rentals Inc. to text or call that number, possibly using automated means, for:
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The chat widget is provided by LeadConnector. Messages you send and the consent you give are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use third parties to operate the site and to serve you: LeadConnector for chat and SMS, our booking and payment processors for checkout, Netlify for hosting, and Google, Meta, and Microsoft Clarity for analytics and advertising measurement. They process data on our behalf so we can reply faster, complete rentals, and improve the website. We do not sell your information or buy/sell leads. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
The Forever Party Rentals name, logo, site design, and original photos and copy on this site belong to us. You may not copy them for a competing rental business. You may share links to our pages.
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep information accurate, but equipment availability, prices, and delivery windows can change. To the extent allowed by British Columbia law, Forever Party Rentals Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the chat/SMS program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our negligence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be heard in the courts of British Columbia, unless a consumer-protection law gives you another mandatory forum.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
