Central Meadows and the agricultural belt have less wind protection than urban yards. Sidewalls help, ballasted weights are our default on irrigated land, and we recommend a slightly larger marquee than nominal headcount.
Agricultural properties accept engineered ground stakes well, but we confirm sprinkler infrastructure and irrigation lines before staking. On irrigated land we switch to ballasted weights.
Destination weddings at Swaneset run larger than typical urban setups — 150–300 guests is standard. Crew sizing, multi-tent configurations, and timing are all adapted for the venue’s scale. We coordinate the load-in window through the resort’s events team during quoting.
The same on a Central Meadows acreage as at the Swaneset clubhouse. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — distance, anchor, scale — never the per-item rate.
Pitt Meadows splits between two booking timelines that don’t overlap. Swaneset Bay Resort weekends often have venue-side booking lead times that exceed ours by months — couples regularly book 12–18 months out for peak-season Saturdays. The resort coordinates vendor scheduling on its calendar, not ours, so we recommend confirming the date with Swaneset before locking equipment quantities.
Private acreage and shoreline ceremonies follow our standard 6–8 week peak-season window. Same-week chair and table orders for last-minute additions are usually feasible. Pre-event site walks for unfamiliar properties take 1.5–2 hours and are factored into the quote.
