Three chair lines cover almost every Pitt Meadows event:
- White Chiavari ($8.50/day) — the wedding-reception standard. Best for Swaneset Bay Resort banquet receptions, Osprey Village restaurant weddings, Central Meadows backyard receptions under marquee, and any Pitt Meadows booking where the photos prioritize formal seating against course-and-water backdrops.
- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse. Right for the larger Swaneset ceremony rows at 150–200 guest scale, school events at Pitt Meadows campuses, community-scale corporate gatherings, and any high-headcount booking.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for Pitt Lake shoreline ceremonies, Pitt-Addington Marsh outdoor weddings, Swaneset course-adjacent outdoor ceremony zones, and any Pitt Meadows booking on dew-prone grass.
Mixing lines is free. Swaneset weddings frequently combine all three lines across the ceremony + reception arc; we ship them on a single delivery.

Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club
Swaneset drives most of the Pitt Meadows wedding calendar. Most are 120–200 guest configurations — the resort’s golf-course setting and banquet halls accommodate the larger guest counts. Standard ceremony-reception arc: Resin Garden for the outdoor course-adjacent ceremony lawn, Chiavari for the indoor banquet reception. For winter or shoulder-season weddings, the resort’s indoor ceremony spaces use Chiavari throughout.
Pitt Lake shoreline
Pitt Lake’s shoreline ceremony zones are seasonal — most happen May through September given the lake-edge access patterns. Resin Garden every time; the lakefront grass and shoreline surface don’t tolerate Chiavari well across a full ceremony arc.
Osprey Village waterfront
Osprey Village’s pier and adjacent restaurants run intimate-scale weddings (60–100 guests typical). Chiavari for the indoor restaurant receptions; Resin Garden for any waterfront pier-adjacent ceremony zone.
Pitt-Addington Marsh and nature-reserve ceremonies
Pitt-Addington Marsh and the surrounding nature-reserve zones run on permit-coordinated delivery for outdoor ceremonies. Resin Garden for the marsh-edge ceremony surface — the morning marsh-mist and protected-grass dampness don’t tolerate Chiavari.
Central Meadows and South Bonson backyards
Standard residential backyard patterns. Most lots accept any chair configuration; truck access is friendly across the residential streets.
Per-item pricing
The same at Swaneset as at a Central Meadows backyard. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The Lougheed corridor delivery line is the variable, not the per-chair rate.
Same-day swaps and short-notice add-ons
Pitt Meadows delivery from our warehouse runs 60 minutes via Highway 1 and Lougheed. Short-notice mid-event swaps or chair additions can typically be on-site within 2 hours during business hours; Swaneset specifically has enough wedding volume that we sometimes pre-stage backup inventory on-site for the larger 200-guest weddings.
A 150-guest Pitt Meadows chair rental order
For a 150-guest Pitt Meadows wedding — say a Saturday in August at Swaneset Bay Resort with an outdoor ceremony on the course-adjacent lawn followed by an indoor banquet reception — a typical chair-side order looks like:
- 150 × Resin Garden chairs outdoor ceremony on the resort’s lawn
- 150 × white Chiavari chairs indoor banquet reception
The two-chair-line setup is the most common Swaneset configuration. For other guest counts, the 50/100/150/200 rental checklist maps the chair count + table count to your headcount.
