Pitt Meadows chair rentals are dominated by one single venue more than any other city we serve — Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club. The resort drives roughly half of our regular Pitt Meadows chair calendar; the rest splits between Osprey Village waterfront events, Pitt Lake shoreline ceremonies, and the residential backyards of Central Meadows and South Bonson. Delivery from our Surrey warehouse runs roughly 60 minutes via Highway 1 and Lougheed.
Most Swaneset weddings are 120–200 guest configurations — the resort's golf-course setting and indoor banquet spaces accommodate larger guest counts than the rural-residential Pitt Meadows venues. Osprey Village's waterfront pier and adjacent restaurants drive the intimate-scale calendar. Pitt Lake shoreline ceremonies are seasonal — most happen May through September given the lake-edge access.

Swaneset drives most of the Pitt Meadows wedding calendar. Most are 120–200 guest configurations — the resort’s golf-course setting and banquet halls accommodate the larger guest counts. Standard ceremony-reception arc: Resin Garden for the outdoor course-adjacent ceremony lawn, Chiavari for the indoor banquet reception. For winter or shoulder-season weddings, the resort’s indoor ceremony spaces use Chiavari throughout.
Pitt Lake’s shoreline ceremony zones are seasonal — most happen May through September given the lake-edge access patterns. Resin Garden every time; the lakefront grass and shoreline surface don’t tolerate Chiavari well across a full ceremony arc.
Osprey Village’s pier and adjacent restaurants run intimate-scale weddings (60–100 guests typical). Chiavari for the indoor restaurant receptions; Resin Garden for any waterfront pier-adjacent ceremony zone.
Pitt-Addington Marsh and the surrounding nature-reserve zones run on permit-coordinated delivery for outdoor ceremonies. Resin Garden for the marsh-edge ceremony surface — the morning marsh-mist and protected-grass dampness don’t tolerate Chiavari.

Pitt Meadows delivery from our warehouse runs 60 minutes via Highway 1 and Lougheed. Short-notice mid-event swaps or chair additions can typically be on-site within 2 hours during business hours; Swaneset specifically has enough wedding volume that we sometimes pre-stage backup inventory on-site for the larger 200-guest weddings.
