From $500 / event (8×8) — up to $1,100 for a 16×16 installation
Our signature dance floor is a classic black-and-white checkered surface, built from 4×4 ft interlocking panels made for outdoor use, so it goes straight down on level grass, a patio, pavement, or a venue floor with no subfloor. For Pitt Meadows weddings and galas, our crew arrives ahead of guest service, lays the panels in your tent or room, fits the floor around head tables and staging, and returns for takedown at end-of-night. Sizes run 8×8, 12×12, and 16×16, scaled to guest count — the 8×8 also comes in all-black or all-white.
Whether the reception is near Pitt-Addington Marsh or in a backyard around North Pitt Meadows, every Pitt Meadows dance floor starts with picking the spot: close to the DJ, clear of the head table, and on the flattest ground you have. Pitt Meadows venues run the full range — carpeted banquet rooms, tented lawns, patios. Our 4×4 ft panels are built for outdoor use and go straight down on level ground, no subfloor needed. We stage the floor first, then your florals, head tables, and staging build around it. Most Pitt Meadows reception bookings combine the dance floor with a marquee tent, round tables, and bistro lighting in one quote — stage-ready by the time guest service begins.
