Stakes hold meaningfully better than ballasted weights on irrigated agricultural land. We confirm sprinkler infrastructure and irrigation lines before staking; on irrigated properties we ballast instead.

Afternoon thermal patterns produce gust loads at agritourism venues and rural acreages that flat urban yards don’t see. Sidewalls year-round on any open-field installation.
Vineyard and berry-farm staging
Row spacing, harvest paths, and tasting-room hours determine our staging window. We don’t drive across irrigation lines or stage equipment in active rows. Coordination with the venue’s events team happens during quoting.
Per-item pricing
The same on a Township 7 lawn as in any Langley backyard. Our 20×40 marquee is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — surface, sprinkler routing, distance — never the tent rate.
Domaine de Chaberton and Township-wide vineyard scale
Domaine de Chaberton, Township 7, and the smaller agritourism properties between Brookswood and Aldergrove run a meaningful share of the Township’s wedding calendar — and the marquee is usually the first booking the venue confirms. Vineyard weddings tend toward 80–150 guests under a 20×60, with bistro lighting along the ridge and sidewall enclosure for the evening reception. We coordinate the install window with the venue’s harvesting and tasting-room schedule.
Heritage and downtown Langley setups
Smaller Langley wedding receptions and milestone celebrations often happen at heritage venues and downtown restaurant patios where the marquee comes off the order entirely. For these, our 10×10 popup tents handle the cocktail-hour cover, and the install is a 60–90 minute crew window rather than the 4–5 hours a full 20×60 takes. Some downtown Langley addresses have narrow alley load-in that we confirm during quoting.
A 100-guest Langley vineyard tent rental order
For a 100-guest Langley vineyard wedding — say a Saturday in August at Township 7 with ceremony among the vines and reception under a marquee on the lawn — a typical tent-side order looks like:

- 1 × tent heater (October–April bookings; optional in summer)
- Engineered ground stakes (default for grass; ballast where irrigation present)
