- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for Derby Reach Regional Park’s Fraser-adjacent ceremony zones, Fort to Fort Trail riverside ceremonies, and any Fort Langley booking on the dew-prone or morning-fog grass.
Mixing lines is free. A small Fort Langley wedding might be 60 chairs total — same per-chair rate, same delivery line, no minimum-order penalty.

Fort Langley National Historic Site
Fort Langley NHS ceremony zones are heritage-permit coordinated and accept smaller chair counts (40–100 typical). Resin Garden handles the morning Fraser-side dew best; Chiavari works for the indoor heritage-building receptions. We coordinate the delivery window with the Parks Canada events team during quoting.
Heritage village streets and Glover Road corridor
The historic village’s tight streets need shorter delivery windows and pre-staged equipment. We stage close to the property line and complete delivery in compressed crew windows to avoid blocking storefront and visitor traffic. Glover Road corridor addresses get standard delivery.
Derby Reach Regional Park
Derby Reach’s ceremony zones run on park-permit windows with Fraser River exposure. Most ceremony zones accept 50–100 chair configurations. Resin Garden for the outdoor rows; Chiavari indoors if the reception flips to an adjacent venue.
Bedford Landing — newer residential
Bedford Landing’s residential streets are newer and accept standard delivery patterns. Most Bedford Landing backyard weddings are 80–120 guests with a Chiavari-only configuration under marquee.
Fort Wine Co and the smaller heritage venues
Fort Wine Co and the smaller heritage village venues run intimate-scale chair bookings — 40–80 guests is typical. Chiavari for the indoor or covered reception, Fanback or Resin Garden for adjacent outdoor ceremonies. Single quote, single delivery, no mixing surcharge.
Per-item pricing
The same on Bedford Landing as in the heritage village. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — village-street staging time, permit windows — never the per-chair rate.
Same-day swaps and short-notice add-ons
Fort Langley delivery from our warehouse runs 30–40 minutes via the Highway 1 / Glover Road route. Short-notice walk-in additions or chair swaps mid-event can typically be on-site within 75–90 minutes during business hours.
A 100-guest Fort Langley chair rental order
For a 100-guest Fort Langley wedding — say a Saturday in August with ceremony at Fort Langley National Historic Site followed by a Bedford Landing residence reception — a typical chair-side order looks like:
- 100 × Resin Garden chairs (Fraser-adjacent ceremony at the National Historic Site)
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs (Bedford Landing residence reception, indoor or covered)
The two-chair-line setup is the most common Fort Langley wedding configuration when the ceremony is at the National Historic Site or Derby Reach. For single-venue heritage village weddings (ceremony and reception at the same address), 100 × Chiavari handles both phases.
