What our Burnaby table lineup covers
A 5ft round set for 8 — the Burnaby wedding-reception standard.
Three tables, three jobs. Burnaby event floor plans usually need all three:
- 5ft round tables ($13.50/day, seats 8) — the classic wedding-reception configuration. Eight guests, room for centerpieces, fits two-deep into most marquee footprints (a 20×40 holds 6 rounds; a 20×60 holds 12).
- 6ft rectangular banquet tables ($10.95/day, seats 6–8) — the single most versatile SKU we ship. Family-style dining rows, buffet stations, gift tables, DJ booths, bar setups, registration desks, head tables. Under 75 lb so they re-stage quickly mid-event.
- Cocktail highboy tables ($15.50/day, standing) — 42-inch standing-height rounds for cocktail hour, networking events, and pre-dinner mingling. Plan ~1 highboy per 10–12 standing guests.
Tables care most about access and floor plan — we don’t add a per-table setup charge when delivery is on the quote.

Heritage venues (Hart House, Burnaby Village Museum)
Smaller table counts (often under 60 guests indoors), heritage-protected sightlines that constrain layout. We coordinate with the venue’s events team during quoting on placement and access.
Brentwood and Metrotown corporate
Office plazas and rooftop venues with controlled freight elevators. Our 6ft banquet at <75 lb fits nearly every freight elevator; the 8ft is occasionally tight. We confirm dimensions and weight rating before quoting larger tables.
Deer Lake and North Burnaby backyards
Standard backyard pattern: grass and a level patio. Highboys on the patio, banquets and rounds on the grass — we level them during the staging window.
Per-item pricing
The same in Brentwood as on Deer Lake. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — elevator, anchor, after-hours timing — never the per-table rate.
Mid-event flips and ceremony-to-reception staging
Many Burnaby weddings run a single-tent ceremony-to-reception flip — same chairs, same marquee, with our crew rearranging the table layout in 30–45 minutes during the cocktail-hour window. Banquet tables fold flat and re-position quickly; rounds re-stack to the truck while the dinner configuration goes up. This is included on single-tent bookings, not an add-on line.
A 100-guest Burnaby table rental order
For a 100-guest Burnaby wedding with a marquee reception and a separate cocktail-hour space, a typical table-side order looks like:
- 12 × 5ft round tables (8 guests per round = 96, with 2 extras for kids and overflow)
- 6 × 6ft banquet tables (head linking 2, gift, cake, DJ, registration)
- 2 × 6ft banquet tables for the buffet line
- 3 × cocktail highboys for the pre-dinner cocktail hour
