Three chair lines that cover almost every Burnaby event:
- White Chiavari ($8.50/day) — the wedding-reception standard. Lacquered hardwood frame, ivory cushion, stacks 8 high. Best for Hart House Restaurant receptions, indoor heritage venues, Brentwood and Metrotown corporate gatherings, and any Burnaby venue where the photos prioritize formal seating.
- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse. Steel frame, folds flat, stacks compactly. Right for ceremony rows, school events, corporate registrations at Brentwood plazas, and any high-headcount booking.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Resin frame and seat, more substantial visual than Fanback but more forgiving than Chiavari to weather and damp grass. The right call for Deer Lake Park ceremonies booked October–March.

Heritage, corporate, rooftop, backyard — Burnaby chair patterns

Heritage venues (Hart House, Burnaby Village Museum)
Venue-coordinated delivery slots, smaller chair counts (often under 100), and a strong preference for Chiavari to match the historic aesthetic. Heritage venues typically don’t allow Fanback folding for the reception itself; they’re acceptable for outdoor ceremony rows on adjacent lawns.
Corporate plaza and rooftop events
Controlled freight elevators, after-5pm timing constraints, security-desk vendor sign-in. We confirm building access before quoting. Chiavari chairs are the standard for Brentwood and Metrotown corporate gatherings; Fanback folding for tenant-event registrations or larger seated audiences.
Park ceremonies (Deer Lake)
Truck access timed to the venue’s permit window, soft lakefront grass for ballast-anchored ceremony chairs, and re-stage to reception venue when applicable.
Per-item pricing
The same in Brentwood as on Deer Lake. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — elevator access, after-hours timing, distance — never the per-chair rate.
Same-day rooftop deliveries and mid-event swaps
Burnaby’s rooftop event density makes freight-elevator coordination part of every quote. We confirm elevator dimensions, weight ratings, and the building manager’s Saturday availability before sending the quote. For mid-event swaps (a chair leg fails, a cushion tears, you suddenly need 20 more for walk-ins), Burnaby’s proximity to our warehouse means replacements can typically be on-site within 60–90 minutes during business hours.
A 100-guest Burnaby chair rental order
For a 100-guest Burnaby wedding — say a Saturday in August at Deer Lake Park ceremony followed by a Hart House Restaurant reception — a typical chair-side order looks like:
- 100 × white Chiavari chairs (full ceremony + reception staging — these reset between the two)
The Chiavari-only configuration is the most common Burnaby wedding chair booking. The two-chair-line setup (Resin Garden outdoor + Chiavari indoor) gives the photographer cleaner backgrounds for the outdoor ceremony and the reception a more formal aesthetic — common Burnaby wedding configuration when guest count exceeds 150.
