  • 6ft rectangular banquet tables ($10.95/day, seats 6–8) — the single most versatile SKU we ship. Family-style dining rows, buffet stations, gift tables, DJ booths, bar setups, registration desks, head tables. Under 75 lb so they re-stage quickly mid-event.
  • Cocktail highboy tables ($15.50/day, standing) — 42-inch standing-height rounds for cocktail hour, networking events, and pre-dinner mingling. Plan ~1 highboy per 10–12 standing guests.

Tables care most about access and floor plan — and we don’t add a per-table setup charge when delivery is on the quote.

Park ceremonies

Minimal tables — usually just a registration table, a guest book table, and maybe a small refreshment table. Chairs are the count that matters; tables are accent pieces here.

Weight and elevator constraints. We confirm freight-elevator interior dimensions and weight ratings before quoting any 8ft banquet table. The 6ft banquet at <75 lb fits nearly every freight elevator we’ve seen; the 8ft is occasionally tight.

Loading-dock booking systems. Table delivery is timed with the dock window, which closes earlier than the event start. We schedule around it; you don’t manage it.

Backyard weddings

Kitsilano, West End, Dunbar properties usually have grass and a level patio. Highboys go on the patio, banquets and rounds go on the grass — we level them.

Per-item pricing

The same in Yaletown as in Kitsilano. Our 5ft round table is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — distance, freight elevator, slope — never the per-table rate.

For Queen Elizabeth Park Quarry Gardens and similar ceremony-to-reception venues, the table layout transforms during the cocktail hour. We bring extra crew to handle the re-stage in under an hour. Banquet tables fold flat and re-position quickly; rounds re-stack to the truck while the dinner configuration goes up.

For a 100-guest Vancouver wedding with a marquee reception and a separate cocktail-hour space, a typical table-side order looks like:

  • 12 × 5ft round tables (8 guests per round = 96, with 2 extras for kids and overflow)

  • 2 × 6ft banquet tables for the buffet line
  • 3 × cocktail highboys for the pre-dinner cocktail hour
