05Field notes from the warehouse
Fanbacks photograph as a white seat and stack on the truck. Chiavari does not stack the same way — the $8.50 is the chair and the cushion and the extra cube on the truck. Resin garden is what we put on wet grass in Langley because Chiavari feet punch into soil.
A 150-guest Covered package is 165 fanbacks. Upgrade that whole room to Chiavari and you are looking at 165 × $8.50 = $1,402.50 before the bundle math, which is why most rooms stay fanback and Chiavari the head table only if they upgrade at all.

'White folding chairs' in a Google ad is often a $1.50 banquet fold we do not stock. If the photo on our site is a fanback, that is the $3.25 chair.
Gold Chiavari is not in the warehouse. White only. Cross-backs neither.
A real hold, not a “from” price: 55 fanbacks for a 50-guest wedding (10% spare) is $178.75 CAD before tax on the published list. Twenty-five percent is $44.69 in RentKit the day you book. Balance $134.06 before pickup at 9317 188 St or before the truck leaves. Delivery, when you want it, starts at $175 and is quoted to the pin so Vancouver and Harrison are not a 7 AM surprise.

Surrey, Langley, and Vancouver pay the same CAD. The Surrey long-read is local colour, not a second rate card. We do not stock gold Chiavari, cross-backs, or $1.50 banquet folds. Wet grass in Langley wants resin, not Chiavari feet in mud. Mixing Chiavari at the head table and fanback in the room is a normal quote — say the split.
