02Who should pick up
A 10×10, a stack of fanbacks, and a couple of 6ft banquets. That is a pickup order.
Anything with a marquee, dance floor, or Starlink mast is a delivery. We still have to stand the tent.
03Distance
Surrey, Langley, and the warehouse-side of the Fraser Valley are the cheap truck. Vancouver and the North Shore still start at $175 and may quote higher once we see the address. We do not hide a second ‘fuel’ line after checkout.

05Field notes from the warehouse
Pickup is a warehouse transaction: you back up to 9317 188 St, we load tables on edge and chairs in stacks, you return them in the same shape. Delivery is a crew day: we map the driveway, check overhead lines, and for a marquee we stay until it is stood.
A Honda Civic does not take seven 5ft rounds. If you are not sure the vehicle fits, it is a delivery. We would rather quote $175 than meet you at the dock with a car full of no.

People assume Vancouver is a surcharge city we hide until Saturday. It is not. The quote is the quote. Far pins (Harrison, Mission, North Shore) may price above $175 once we see the map — still before you pay.
