- Wedding default: 5ft round $13.50.
- Corporate default: 6ft banquet $10.95 at 6 seats.
- Mixing both is fine — quote it, do not surprise the layout.

Seven rounds for 50 guests is what the Covered 50-guest package already assumes. Thirteen rounds for 100 guests want a 20×60, not a 20×40 with a dance floor.

A sweetheart 8ft plus rounds for guests is a normal mix. Put it on the quote so the cloth sizes (90×156 vs 120 inch) land on the right tops.
50-guest wedding: 7 rounds = $94.50. Same 50 as a corporate six-pack: more 6ft tables. 100-guest wedding: 13 rounds = $175.50. Covered packages already 10% off those lines plus the tent.

'Just use rounds, we'll make them fit' inside a 20×40 with a dance floor and 100 guests is the layout we refuse. Size the tent, then pick the shape.
Harvest and farm tables are not in this warehouse. If the mood board has those, another shop.
A real hold, not a “from” price: thirteen 5ft rounds for a 100-guest wedding dinner is $175.50 CAD before tax on the published list. Twenty-five percent is $43.88 in RentKit the day you book. Balance $131.62 before pickup at 9317 188 St or before the truck leaves. Delivery, when you want it, starts at $175 and is quoted to the pin so Vancouver and Harrison are not a 7 AM surprise.
