02Why that tent, not the size below
We do not sell a “50-person tent.” We sell footprints. The 20×40 is the one that still has aisle room once 7 × 5ft rounds are down. Drop a size and you are stacking guests against sidewall. That is how cake tables end up in the rain.
Per-guest math: $24.72 at Covered. The 50-guest Covered rate is $24.72; 100 is $16.14; 150 is $16.10. Doubling the list from 50 to 100 adds $378, not a second $1,236, because the 20×60 is only $160 more than the 20×40.
03Add-ons that change the bill
Dance floor $500–$1,100 per event (8×8 to 16×16). Heater $100/day. Sidewall $50/day. Chiavari upgrade is $8.50/day instead of fanback $3.25. None of that is in $1,236 unless you switch to Garden Premium (resin chairs, bistro lights, cocktail highboys).
