Three chair lines cover almost every Aldergrove event:
- White Chiavari ($8.50/day) — the reception standard. Best for Aldergrove Village indoor venues, rural-residential backyard receptions under marquee, Greater Vancouver Zoo evening corporate events, and any Aldergrove booking where the photos prioritize formal seating.
- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse. Right for Aldergrove Community Centre’s larger seated-row events, community-scale fundraisers, school events, and high-headcount bookings.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for Aldergrove Regional Park ceremonies, Jackman Wetlands outdoor weddings, North Aldergrove rural-residential outdoor ceremonies on dew-prone grass.
Mixing lines is free. Most Aldergrove weddings ship a single chair line; the larger bookings combine Resin Garden for the outdoor ceremony with Chiavari for the indoor or under-marquee reception.

Aldergrove Regional Park
Aldergrove Regional Park’s ceremony zones run on GVRD park-permit windows. Resin Garden for the open-meadow and forest-edge zones; truck access at the parking lot with hand-carry to the specific ceremony spot for the smaller-footprint configurations.
Aldergrove Community Centre
The Community Centre hosts larger seated-row events — community fundraisers, anniversaries, civic functions. Fanback folding ships in volume for these; Chiavari at head-table or feature seating.
Greater Vancouver Zoo events
The Zoo’s after-hours corporate events run on coordinated vendor windows. Hard-surface install patterns apply; Chiavari for the formal corporate aesthetic, Fanback for the larger fundraiser-style configurations.
Rural-residential backyards (North Aldergrove, County Line Diversion)
Standard residential backyard patterns. Most rural-residential lots accept any chair configuration; truck access on the rural roads is ample.
Per-item pricing
The same in Aldergrove Village as at the rural North Aldergrove edge. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The Highway 1 corridor delivery line is the variable, not the per-chair rate.
Same-day swaps and short-notice add-ons
Aldergrove delivery runs 50 minutes via Highway 1 and 264 Street. Short-notice mid-event swaps or chair additions can typically arrive within 2 hours during business hours.
