- Fanback folding ($3.25/day) — the workhorse. Right for LEC corporate galas (300+ chair orders are routine), 200 Street business-park functions, community-scale fundraisers at adjacent venues, and high-headcount bookings.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for Willoughby Community Park-adjacent ceremonies, Meridian Farm Market outdoor weddings, and any Carvolth-area residential outdoor ceremony on morning-dew grass.
Mixing lines is free. Most Carvolth weddings ship a single chair line; the LEC corporate events run Fanback in volume with Chiavari as the head-table layer.

Langley Events Centre corporate
The LEC sits at the southern edge of the Carvolth catchment and drives the largest single-event chair counts in the area. 300+ Fanback folding for corporate galas, sports banquets, and community fundraisers is routine. The LEC events team coordinates vendor delivery windows; loading-dock access is ample.
200 Street business-park functions
The 200 Street commercial corridor hosts corporate events, milestone celebrations, and business-park-tenant gatherings. Most are Chiavari-only configurations for indoor venues; occasional Fanback for the larger registration-style functions.
Northwest Willoughby Heights residential
Northwest Willoughby Heights’ residential streets accept standard delivery patterns. Most weddings are 80–120 guests with Chiavari-only configurations under marquee on the residential lawn.

Willoughby Community Park and Meridian Farm Market provide the local outdoor ceremony options. Park-permit windows for the Community Park; Meridian’s farm-market context shapes the ceremony aesthetic toward agricultural-friendly chair choices.
