Right for ceremony rows where guest count is high (200+ guests is more common at Township vineyard and berry-farm weddings than at urban venues), Langley Events Centre corporate registrations, and any high-headcount booking.
- Resin Garden ($5.50/day) — the outdoor-resilient pick. Right for Krause Berry Farms agritourism weddings, Township 7 outdoor ceremony rows, Campbell Valley Regional Park ceremonies, and any Township booking on dew-prone grass.
Mixing lines is free. 200 Fanback for the ceremony, 200 Chiavari for the reception — same quote, same truck.

Township 7 and Domaine de Chaberton — vineyard scale
Township 7 and Domaine de Chaberton drive the largest single Township chair orders. Vineyard weddings here regularly hit 200 guests with two-chair-line configurations: Resin Garden for the 200 outdoor ceremony rows in the vines, Chiavari for the 200 reception tables under marquee on the lawn. Truck access on the vineyard roads is ample; we coordinate the staging window with the harvesting and tasting-room schedule.
Krause Berry Farms — agritourism weddings
Krause Berry Farms runs a meaningful share of the Township’s summer wedding calendar. Berry-farm chair work has its own pattern: chairs stage on dew-prone grass before the morning fog burns off, and the dust-and-pollen reality of a working farm means individual chair wipe-downs after install. Resin Garden is the only outdoor pick here.
Campbell Valley Regional Park
Campbell Valley’s ceremony zones run on park-permit windows with strict setback rules. Resin Garden for the forest-canopy and meadow zones; Chiavari indoors at the adjacent venues if the reception flips. Truck access is at the parking lot, with hand-carry to the specific ceremony zone for the smaller setback configurations.
Langley Events Centre — corporate at scale
Langley Events Centre’s corporate galas, sports banquets, and community events run on the largest single-event chair counts in the Township. 300+ Fanback folding chairs is a routine order; Chiavari for head-table and dignitary seating ships alongside. Loading-dock access at the LEC is ample.
Willoughby, Walnut Grove, Brookswood, Murrayville — residential
Standard residential backyard chair patterns. Willoughby’s newer developments accept any chair configuration; Walnut Grove’s wider lots accommodate larger ceremony rows comfortably; Brookswood’s mature-tree backyards occasionally need a smaller chair row given lot constraints.
Per-item pricing
The same on a Campbell Valley acreage as at the Events Centre. Our Chiavari chair is one rate, full stop. The line that changes between bookings is delivery — distance from our warehouse, after-hours timing — never the per-chair rate.
Same-day swaps and short-notice add-ons
Langley Township delivery runs 30–50 minutes depending on subregion — Willoughby and Walnut Grove are closer than the Campbell Valley and Aldergrove edges. Short-notice walk-in additions or chair swaps mid-event can typically be on-site within 60–90 minutes for the northern subregions, 90–120 for the southern.

The two-line setup at 200-guest scale is the standard Township vineyard configuration.
